Blue light is both good and bad for our eyes. Blue light that
emits from the sun at day light is good for our eyes. But the blue
light that comes from digital devices are very harmful for the
retina. Study shows that use of LED will be 90% by 2020. LED light contains 35% of blue light. If you are a windows user you can use a software to protect your eyes from blue light. The software name is f.lux.
But there is other option to save your eyes in windows 10.
Just find out the option in taskbar. In there select night light. This will save your eyes from the harmful blue light.
